This kit is the Asra Archer Kizuna from the Megami Device lineup. Just going by the name, it looks like a variation kit of the Megami Device Asra Archerreleased back in 2018 — but it's actually a completely different sculpt, and is in fact a variation kit based on the Megami Device Asra Ninja Kanamereleased just before it.
The body reuses the Asra Ninja Kaname's frame — itself based on the Buster Doll Machinika Block2-M body — with only the molded colors changed. The head parts feature a newly sculpted hairstyle and head decoration, and only the collar piece at the neck has been swapped out for a new part. Beyond that, plus the addition of the new weapon Yoichi, everything else in the lineup is identical to the Asra Ninja Kaname. True to its status as a modern body, it delivers excellent articulation and solid joint strength, making it a kit that's genuinely fun to pose.
Just like the Asra Ninja Kaname, you can mix and match parts from the existing Asra Ninja/Asra Archer kits to create custom bare body/armed modes and a samurai mode. That said, actually putting the combinations together is quite a hands-on process, so I'm not sure how many people will actually go through with it.
So while this is a variation kit with only a modest amount of new sculpting, the significantly changed color scheme gives it a look that's distinctly its own. The poses feel great and the joints hold their positions really solidly, so this seems like a kit worth recommending to all Gunpla fans. :-)
